  1. I've learned to keep a 2 gallon can in one of my saddle bags (on long rides). If I don't need it, I always run across someone who does.

  7. After riding Colorado top to bottom over the past 30 years, I still say SR20 in WA is in my top 3 rides ANYWHERE!

    Good thing you stopped there because you'd need a push once that thing hit the sand. Ask me how I know! I got to the water fine but couldn't get back w/o my buddy's help. lol
  11. The windscreen seems like a reasonable idea but I've never understood tinting your head/tail lights. I would like my lights as bright as possible.

    On our way down the Mississippi River with my brother-from-another-mother. We love the Hondas and love the same color, we just differ on style.

    We rode 1100 miles to get to this point, the start of our Mississippi River run following the river from it's origin to Venice, Louisiana where it meets the Gulf of Mexico. Denver area to Lake Itasca, Minnesota to Venice, Louisiana to Denver = 4518 miles in ten days.
