  1. I like your choice in bicycles, HS. I have an old Cannondale Delta V 900 that's still going right along after almost 20 years...great bikes! I'm about 10 minutes from my favorite local micro brewery, but they only offer boring growlers, unlike that Tommy Knockers one.
  2. Hey Davey, G here

Great looking fridge! Take good care of her, there's not many left that look as good as your viffer. Pic taken at Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs??
  6. I might be Bill Mayer, but I don't think so. I have one, and I know the guys from spending a day a the Ojai factory this spring. They have big bucket cores like that, but I don't think they'd make one for a VFR that wide. Who knows, though, they will build you whatever you want! When they made mine, they actually started with a core that was shaped much like that, set it down in my seat and then carved most of it away, then glued other pieces in and carved more until they had the shape I wanted. I should do a post showing pictures of the process. It looks like it would be comfy, but boy is that butt-ugly or what? It's a Russel Day Lond\g saddle. A lot of BMW, ST1100/1300 riders use them. http://www.day-long.com/ And, yes, they are ugly...function over form.

  8. Awww, shucks, I'm blushin'... Bird, awesome job on the wheels! You did say that the job took a bit longer than you anticipated, but look at the results, man. You'll be the envy of your viffer-pals.
  9. Can anyone recommend a preferred source for said Fox Twin Clicker rear shock for my '02 VTEC? I want to get the suspenders up to par before my wife and I make our trips next year. Thanks :wheel:
