I've had this kit on my 98 for a few years now. Not too difficult to install and well worth the money and effort. Not that the stock arrangement is bad at all. But this makes something that's excellent.... Incredible! Just wave your left foot at the shift lever and a perfect shift happens! ... Quicker more positive shifts.

Seeing as they likely will be the last... I better get a pair. You can add me to the list. My PAIR system has been removed for years, but this will clean things up very nicely.

So do you use the Pine-Sol streight or do you dilute it? The carbs on the Nighthawk are in need of a good cleaning and thought I would try it.

See, now this was helpful. I thought the 8 spokers were 17x5. Now I know. Might have to look for one to make the switch. :rolleyes:

I did something similar. I removed more of the fender and re-mounted the plate light where the reflector is. Some minor drilling is required but easy to do.
