4th Gen Gas Tank for sale

Don't know the history of this tank, bought it on craigslist. Looks perfectly straight, inside and out. Can tell it has been painted, around gas filler, and chips. Tank does have a couple chips and scratches.

So, inquiring minds want to know..... Is it a fuel tank, or something cool like an inter-cooler ice chamber? Doesn't really flow with the lines of the bike, does it?
  3. Hey, cool, you visited Wyoming. But, c'mon now, we really don't need to know about what you and Jackson did - nor anything about his hole!!!!!
  4. Regarding your post about brake and clutch levers - I typed 'vfr800 lever' into an ebay search and got a bunch of results. You posted in classified, and people can't reply there, so I sent you a message.

    My Pictures

  6. I love that Brown Truck........ :fing02:
  7. Ryan, you were THAT close, and then . . . . .
  8. Sure is weird to see your pictures of my neck of the woods. I do like riding that road into the cool pines. Even when its 100+ degrees in town, it'll drop at least 30 degrees on top.
  9. I rode with a guy that had those once. I had seen them on ebay and considered them too. He said they were 'alright', but they were not real solid which makes it hard to see anything. I spent the extra money to get an OEM. Good luck!
