  1. I’ve been asked a few times to share this tail tidy, its a bit easier to install and less permanent than some of the other designs I’ve seen I printed it in black petg, 20% infill. It replaces the factory rear reflector. If you live in a country that requires a rear reflector I have another file for a bracket to mount an aliexpress reflector below the plate. Requires: - 2 holes to be drilled for licence plate bolts, these could be added in with your slicing software but it was easier for me to drill them - 2x 20mm M6 bolts to fix the plate (3/4” x 1/4”) - 1x 25mm M6 bolt to fix the tail tidy (1” x 1/4”) - 3x M6 nylock nuts (1/4”) - 6x M6 washers Tail Tidy v7.stl

  2. I wanted to highlight our OEM wheel maker, Enkei, on my personal VFR, but a search for suitable decals turned up nothing that would apply to a motorcycle wheel rim, so I had my own made. The trick is to get the curvature just right so I supplied my vinyl guy a 17" wheel and he matched it perfectly. I like the subtle custom look that these decals provide and they're easily removable, if desired. I sized the decals at 12mm (1/2") high to fit the outer flat of the wheel and added directional arrows…just because. The length is 52mm (2") including the arrow, which can be easily deleted by snipping it off before installing. Die-cut individual letters, will fit 16 to 18-inch rims. I wanted red to complement my painted factory directional arrows on the rear wheel, and red compliments most wheel colors. I had 100 of each direction made to keep the cost reasonable — priced at $2 each or $15 for a complete set of eight, enough to do both wheels. Shipping included to anywhere in the world. This is only slightly above my cost to produce and ship these. Returns (unused) accepted at your expense (60¢) for full refund. If interested, contact Joe: joe.nelson@ymail.com

  3. Well might be that a circle ends.... might... awaiting informatoin if front sprocket axle is ok on this 1991 Africa Twin 750 if it is this will most likely move to my garage, and the KLE leave as a trade. Offer is I get 40% more for the KLE in trade value compare to what I paid for it! And get a Africa Twin again, even a older RD04 compare to the RD07 I had, and sure not the lovely Tricolor (RWB), but is the second best color (aside the 3 different RWB that was offered) the RD04 had, and the only aside the RWB I could think of to have. But fingers crossed, hope to know more next week.....

  4. Here's the drawings and dimensions for the Front and Rear Ferodo pads I replaced on my 2009 6gen years ago. Fronts sure don't look compatible to the Rears! Fronts = FDB2196ST Rears = FDB2098P

  5. The only true way to measure is to compress the rear suspension, such that the gearbox sprocket, the swing arm, pivot, and the rear sprocket pivot are all in a straight line on their centres, then tighten the chain. Thats sets chain tension to the perfect setting regardless of suspension movement. YMMV
