  1. In fact, the Honda sevice tech quoted me one hour to do the full warranty repair, which I was a bit surprised by. It would take me an hour just to clear my workbench, read the manual, and crack open a beer.

  2. We're approaching the half way number for room bookings. Still lots of rooms left. Thanks for those who've already booked thus far. I'm chatting with a few locals - caterers and food services people about doing a BBQ or some type of meal together for one of the nights. More when I know more....

  3. duccmann, each to their own.I personally like the look of USD forks, and wanted them on my bike. Is/has it been economic? Hell no, but I think it'll be worth it in the end.

  4. Okay. Just redid the math on this one. Doh! It's a lot cheaper than I thought. I forget that if we get 25-30 riders and we split costs, it actually works out to about $37.50 per night or $75.00 for your stay for the two nights. Now that is a deal. Event information and registration will be online this weekend.

  5. MaxSwell, I'm guessing you're riding that way stateside, huh? I'm just to the North in Manitoba. Hummmm. I'm thinking. I've taken the trans-Canada hwy before on trips to Banff for camping. I recall vast prairie/grasslands/farm fields. Great for making time. Not so much for scenery. But then No. Dakota and E. Montana is no better. And Canada may be cooler. But I'm old and slow. Still thinking. Shoot me a PM and I can give you some better routes that will be scenic while traveling through Alberta - Highwood Pass, Jasper/Banff through Icefields Parkway, Crowsnest Pass, etc.
