They are "real" factory Rothmans RC30s in a sense. They were apparently "officially" painted in Rothmans colours by or on behalf of Honda Australia. But they did not arrive in Australia from Japan painted like that. By my own authoritative definition ( ), if it ain't got a part number, it ain't factory!
