Hi all.

I just picked up a 97 VFR and am looking for a better sounding exhaust but don't want to invest too much money at this time.

What's your recommendation for a great sounding slip on for the least money?

Thanks all!

Buy any old cheap used can on ebay, and have a muffler shop make a midpipe for you.

I couldn't have said it better myself!

I have a S/S Vance and Hines I used until I got my Carbon one. I really love the sound of them. I think I have an extra bracket too if your interested.

Best sound, cost no object:

Staintune.

Listen to a sound clip and then work backwards from that to your preferred price point.

Not even the fabled Wolf underseat sounds as good (and I've had both).
