Member Contributer Leeworthy Posted October 24, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted October 24, 2008 Quick question. I just bought a set of Jardin Slip ons for an RC51. I am putting them onto my 83 VF750F this winter. Since they are just slip-ons will I have to rejet my carbs or should I be fine?
Veefer800Canuck
If you are retaining your stock header pipes and collector box, you might get away with just shimming your carb needles up a tad.
SEBSPEED
Stock stuff is pretty restrictive, run them and check the plugs?
RustyA
You running those slip-ons from a RC51, YES you will have to rejet your carbs. Those Jardin's have some big tubes in them.
