Marching On La Mancha

Recommended Posts

Here we go again, similar terrain, actually part of the route overlaps that of Los Calares but this time we went further afield... 410-mile day... dinosaur steaks for lunch... dropped in on Albacete racetrack... the works in one day really...

Hope they are to someone's liking...

Albacete, ¡caga y vete! Sorry, couldn't resist

Why black and white one the 2nd vid? I like the parched colors of La Mancha...oh, wait, I see at near 2:00 you "break through" to color...

I can imagine a ride up to Cuenca would be a lot of fun.

If only I could get a work permit, I'd hustle back to Spain in a heartbeat.

Jejeje, una vieja y un viejo van p'Albacete van p'Albaceteeeee...

Funny you should mention that... Cuenca is a first class motorcycling destination, there are some amazing curvey-roaded mountainous areas around, especially on the way over to Teruel from Cuenca:

Edited: had embedded the wrong video hehehe.

And as you would know the town of Cuenca is a sight to be seen with it's "hanging houses":

If you ever come over give me a bell.
