But do you think I can get away with the winning Red hardcase on a Italian Red bike? How drastic of a different is there? I guess what i am really asking does it worth the extra cost? superfunkomatic Posted March 29, 2008 Share Posted March 29, 2008 the difference between the '02 and the '05 is noticeable. the earlier model is more true red and the latter model is more of an orangey ferrari red. here's a pic of the bags on my bike, i'm sure someone else will post there's. also, since this trip last year i got rid of the black case on the back and replaced it with the '05 red, looks much better Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And i will be getting the correct '02 version and spend the extra bucks. BTW: I just stumble upon a local site ( to U.S) selling it around $770.00.
