Bogdan Posted January 29, 2022 Share Posted January 29, 2022 hello, I have a vfr 800fi rc46, the one with sprocket distribution and a sharp sound can be heard in addition to the beautiful sound of the engine. I mention that it goes very clean and shoots very well, it seems to be very healthy. Maybe you've heard this bell before and you know what I mean. It seems to be a rolling sound or it makes me think that something could be from those sprockets in the engine distribution. Do you have any idea if these sprockets are placed on bearings? do you have an exploded engine scheme? can you help me with some information before I open it? thank you ! I did read a thread where a gent replaced all the bearings in the cam gears, he's the only one I know of that did that, and I don't know that it's even necessary..... what mileage is on this bike?
