Yesterday, we had a fair breeze blow in from Texas and the 8:00AM temperature was 52 degrees. I cranked up the Interprize for the first time in a while when we went on an RTE in Camden for Southern Fried Catfish. She fired right up and we went through town feeling dwarfed by the many SUV's on the road; mommas taken the kids to school.

The weather here in Colorado has been a complete mystery - snowing one day, sunny the next and 70 degrees out, the snow however is persistant and its not melting in the High country. Good news for the fire fighters out here but damn it sucks for riding. I know this happens every year but this year it seems to be hold out just a bit too much for my sanity, I want to ride man! I've been looking for quite a while now at getting another bike to accompany by VFR. The main reason behind my decision is that I'm afraid that I'm eventually going to crash my VFR at the track. And, if I were to do that, I'd be hurting pretty bad. The VFR is my only bike and if it got wrecked, I'd have to spend a ton of money to fix it back up. Two weeks ago I attended American Supercamp. I'm here to report that this was more fun than any other rider training I've ever done.
The class was held at a place called Vail Equestrian Center, near Toledo OH. It was an indoor horse riding arena. There was a large rectangular riding space with a dirt floor, and bleachers along one side. Nothing fancy, but plenty of space.
They provide the motorcycles and any gear that you need. The motorcycles are Honda XR100 dirt bikes. They're all alike. R

It is not very common in November to find so many warm days to go riding, matter of fact you take what you can get! Usually its sunny but the temperatures range in the 40-50 range with snow and ice on the sides of the roads and gravel in all the corners.
