  2. Motul Oil BARGAIN FINDER ALERT, EBAY ITEM #250188784507 seller treads0130 $4.25 per liter , was $68 shipped on 4 gallons or 1 full case of 4 qty , 4 litre bottles Ok, my oil story again, I like Cheap, this moto sport is money $$$ intensive so I find deals, 1st I used Maxima Ultra Full syn which is top notch, heres why, I got a FREE case, is $15 per litre..bought a case of it for my supermoto because it had a very wide visocity range 5w50 , a couple bottles had thick sludge in em, like old school stp , not cool, so maxima rep send me another Free case with many extra goodies to make good on, this maxima stuff ran out, I then switched to mobil 1 racing 4t 10w40 at autozone at $9.99 per litre, is very good but man thats $30 plus $7.50 oem filter (try mail order from service Honda) too much $$$ for me, mr cheapo so I have been using Motul oil in my dirtbikes 15 years now, is racing level stuff, burns super clean, ebay I got over $500 of motul products for $50 , yes , Pu only in ohio from dealership, and sold my rbf600 brake fluid for $175 so I got a lifetime supply, many cases of Motul 2 stoke oil which I love and need for a $125 profit, yes take this stuff, many cases and you can make $125! Also I realize this Motul 8 gallons I got now, is a syn blend, but I had an in- depth discussion with a Castrol rep at the dealer news mc show about oil and he said that most syn blends for mc oil are 98 or 99 percent syn, so almost a full syn, but the 1 or 2 % of added dino/petrol oil acts as a corrosion inhibitor only, rust or oxidation inhibitor only and that Castrol racing full syn vs castrol syn blend are minor differences, so this guy basically said the syn blends are as good as the full syn racing oils especially if you are just a street rider, bottom line is I like high quality but only if price is cheap, I am not brand specific on anything, high quality/low price , thanks Doug Jump on this Motul at $4.25 per litre shipped, I got my 8 gallons so am good, 32 litres mobil 1 =$320 at autozone vs 32 litres Motul on ebay at $138 ****I think I will save the $182 .....one hundred eighty two dollars is a set of tires for me****
  3. I got my pegs and adj peg mounts from www.eurotechmotorsports.com a BMW dealer that moves parts from Germany, they are rhe same brand MFW??? MSW?? that Thurn carries only about $40 cheaper. The longer shifter is from Thurn as plates move Backwards (see photo) then up or down/your choice, plus my footpeg adj move it even further back, thurn shifter works perfect, the whole set up is very flexible and I have it dialed into a setting I really like, thanks Doug
  4. Right around $200-$250 , you must have the brass brakeline extender and the longer shifter, so this pushes the pice from around $175 to $250, is not 250 euros, much cheaper, under $275 total I am sure of, worth every penny
  5. means it will go down 25mm from stock as well as up 25mm from stock, plus can get some more like I did, maybe 20mm with the rotating pegs , supercomfy, extremely adjustable, bikes should come stock with this, riders are way different from each other, a standard fixed setting makes no sense at all. Ergos must adjust around the rider not be fixed.
  6. Brackets switch from left to right, can raise pegs greatly or lower them greatly. Thurn is a great company, I bought off ebay, these are only available from Germany via Thurn, shipping is at least 30 days. I dont remember the total amount, was around $250 with all goodies, but I do remember listing my beautiful VFR in the trader because I could not ride it, yes put it up FS, long legs and superpain, just a couple inches made all the difference, if you are over 6 ft then this set up is a must for a vfr, I use MSW/??: german rotating footpeg mounts with some black pegs $100 and the Thurn plates with brass brake line extender kit, nice hydraulic brakelight switch , the only problem I had was modifying the side stand backwards to get it out of my way, let me know if you have more ?s , has been awhile but can dig up more info, is a GREAT setup, doug
  7. No good at pics or linking but if you click on the long underlined parts you should be able to see 5 pics of my THURN footpeg setup, thanks Doug

  9. Save yourself a lot of hassle by just buying the setup THURN has from Germany, is on ebay Brackets move oem peg assembly up or down and peg mounts also rotate around 360, I use this setup for more legroom, also have a THURN longer gearshift on my bike. thanks Doug Click on the links to pics below, you just swap plates left to right side if you want to raise footpeg assemblies instead of lower them like I did, this set up let me keep my VFR as I am 6'4" and oem settings were impossible for me , no legroom, painful
  10. Cool pic but wrong side of double yellow...a truck...another bike? you get the idea still great riding
  11. Holbrook, AZ I stayed in the old tepees hotel there, retro route 66 , nice place
  12. If you want these for Spring you better order now, THURN is a good seller and I am very pleased with my multi-adjustable foot peg brackets....just expect a MIN of 30 days shipping from Germany is all, These are on Ebay , Thanks DOUG
