Those are indeed my wheels--Carrozeria, the rear is a Ducati and the front is a honda F4I. I got a pretty good deal on them as Mr. Wakamatsu, the owner of Carozzeria used my bike for design and fitment. Pat.

    Hey there, that's my motorcycle!
  3. I think the additional cost is brought about by the fact the rear hub has an adapter to fit a Duc wheel with a single nut eliminating the four nuts of the VFR. I will post up a picture after I get back from Spring Mtn. race tract this weekend. I have run out of time and will miss out on using them at the track.. I have been working with Mr. Wakamatsu for about a year now trying to get this off the grount. He first made a die for the Duck, and rather than go to that expense again he decided on the wheel adapter out of chrome molly.
  4. I took my bike down as the proto type and will be picking my wheels up next week. Photos to follow. Pat.
  5. Oh no! Now we have another item to add to our tool kit on the bike. A paper punch and a large bag of zips. In my case black ones because they are faster of course.
  6. How effective is that magnet? Do you feel like it must be pulling most of the metal out? The magnet does capture a smudge of particles, but I do change oil after every track day and 1000 miles of all purpose riding.
  7. I like the scott, as you can see the contaminates when you remove and clean it, I also tend to change oil more frequent as I don't have to replace a filter---ever!

  11. Looks like your pants should be down or you are going to have a real mess.
  12. Was this a bike with LB, and if so wouldn't trying to brake steer be inefective?
  13. Slammer, I had an older (94) xr 600 that I recently went through after sitting for six years. Where I live there is a Co. called Al Bakers XR'S only. I went down to there shop and bought a new flat slide carburetor. They set these up according to any mods and elevation that you will be riding. Bike has never started so easily (it is kick start) and the power is spot on. Check out their web site for any parts you may need, or some you didn't know you needed. Pat.
