  1. Yeah right after they pin my knee into the asphalt!!.
  2. I would be very interested to see how well the grips hold without any glue and how long it takes the tape to fail. I installed Hot Grips back in December 2006 and have not had an issue with the install. I did get heattroller and it makes a major difference in my appreciation of the heat that is output. Oh yeah, the Hot Grips are a bit larger than a set of pro-grips on the vfr, but that worked in my favor as my hands do better with the larger grips anyway.

    Rc211v Replica

Wait, what Hossack vfr thread? Where, I really have to do something about this modification addiction. I know,... Prioritize the mods. Where can I find that hossack vfr thread again???
  4. I thought that a large portion of why these companies stopped building exhausts for the 5th and 6th gen VFR's was related to the Catalytic converter. They don't want to make a cat and go through the grief of getting it certified, and a slip on only adds a few % points more power. I would gladly pay 1500 for a full Ti system that could retain the cat somehow. I wonder if any one of our fellow vifferati could split the casing on a vfr catalyst and transplant the core to a new casing. Technically that should be legal since the actual Catalyst is not altered only the case it resides in.

    Road to Nowhere

Nowhere, Anywhere, whereever she wants. Oh and the lady is very nice as well.
  6. Very very interested in this, but none of the links are working. Can anyone direct me to a working link.
  7. Well, I used to do this with my cage lights for running midnight rally recon's when I was still rallying. Out there at night, you can't have enough light. You definitely want to run the relay in order to keep the current off the switch for the "superbeam". Other wise the switch will get cooked from the current and it will eat up a lot of voltage that could be used to light up the lights. I planning on doing this mod this winter, along with a flash to pass switch on the left switch pod. Since I'm currently running the sylvania silverstars and will also be upgrading to a set of Hoen bulbs, has anyone running this mod had a problem with heat in the headlight assembly?
