  1. Bit of memory loss, for 6g, The MTB wideband sensor is in addition to the 2 factory O2 sensors?
  2. 😀No no I think it's a valid point, as I see it, most of us that are in this consider the/our vfr (s) as keepers and would not want to be going thru this process again in the years ahead.
  3. Seb, would nitric/HF be the preferred option? Sfdownhill, yep the choice of response is upto you, whatever is easiest.
  4. I got reasonable quotes thru myus shipping however they don't include postal clearance(whatever that is?)
  5. How many ozzies are on this list, How much would a shipping container cost?
  6. Now wait for it....Australian import duties for these dimensions of a value over au$1000 , drum roll...$920
  7. Package is to big thru usps. I tried ups but I think I did something wrong as that quote was us$1300
  8. The acceptable dimensions are 95x45x55 / 95x44x56 at a cost of approximately $415 "Approximate" because I'm not sure how much shipping will be from the manufacturer to Auspost warehouse in the states. So going this route thru Auspost is going to be approx au$1500 to the door
  9. I punched those dimensions into the Auspost shipping calculator and they are to big. Will not ship. So not sure, ill call them and see if they can do something else or point me in another direction. Just to be clear 95cm is the length 60cm is the. ...? 45cm is the. ...?
  10. I haven't used it but I just read thru it and we would need the boxed dimensions and weight for shipping rate. From what I also understand is that if a single item is valued at over a AU$1000 additional import duties apply, so at our current exchange rate maybe we could separate into 2 parcels. 10% Gst is also applicable ontop of purchase
  11. I don't understand, 1998 5g has v.a.i & no vtec, 2000 5.5g has v.a.i & no vtec, 2003 6g has v.a.i & vtec, 2007 6.5g has v.a.i & vtec, 2014 8g has v.a.i & vtec, 2018 has ??? & vtec And with what airbox.. the same yes?
  12. If you have a look at Honda's own parts fiche for 2017 8g vfr800 with the same airbox you will note not that they DO NOT supply the variable intake valve anymore and have replaced it with a cap, ie deleted it. Now I do not own a new 2017+ 8g so I'm not sure if they even have the valve anymore. Credits to Grum for doing a thread on this several months ago
