So here are some pictures my service center sent me of the wire harness. JH2RC46143M500995_2.JPG JH2RC46143M500995 _1.JPG Additionally they noticed that the wires to the R/R and stator were pretty well fried as well. They looked at the stator and apparently all but one or two of the coils were charred!! :blink: Thankfully Honda picked up the cost of the stator and R/R! :unsure: I'll post pictures of the stator and R/R when I get them tomorrow. Make sure your service shop checks these things as well. You could be eligible for some new equipment on Honda!

I shaved my seat down myself using a regular hand wood saw and some smaller hand saws. It doesn't look that great, but once the seat skin is back on you can't even really tell. Probably the most annoying part was getting the staples back in, but it worked and looks great!

Man do I want to get back to Zion. It was hell having to cross 2/3 of the US from the D.C. to get there, but it was worth it. I gotta move to the west. -
