  1. Yeah, I'm very interested also. Given the correct length of the extension, It would be PERFECT to put a 929 shock in a 4th GEN.
  2. PERFECT the way it is. (IMHO)
  3. Sorry, I was thinking your bracket to work with the 929 shock that would leave the bike at the stock height. (I'm a short guy). You have set the standard.
  4. Beautiful. I have $. Care to make a stock length one?
  5. Sorry Sir, my bust on the terminology. '98 STRAIT. Still looking for your pin location! Straight or off-set? thax I took INLINE to mean straight, not offset?? So your smarter than me!
  6. '98 INLINE. Looks to be a direct replacement for my 4th gen except 1/2 in higher. Thanks!
  7. Sir, The 5th Gen I have are about a 1/2 in. higher than the stock 4th Gen bars. (which is why I got 'em) The pins on the 5th gens LOOK to be in the same place as the 4th. Hope this helps. Thanks! :fing02:
  8. :fing02: Hmmm can't get it to let me "vote"
  9. I bought a set of '98 bars to put on my 4th GEN. They are the "inline" ones which look to fit perfectly on my '97-won't even have to grind off the locator nub. If they don't maybe I can 'trade' for a set of the "offset" ones. Anyone know which of these works best on a 4th GEN? Good catch on this, Kevin.
