My R has 2 radiators and I'm pretty sure they're in series.

Matt, I had that same problem with my RC45 tail. The lines did not follow the tank or frame. So... I added some fiberglass to the top and front, enough so I could trim at will. After the first trimming, I had it where I liked along the tank and had thoughts of mounting to the frame at the bottom... but it just bugged me how it overlapped the frame so I trimmed it to follow the frame and that's how it should have looked all along. Only mounted at the top but it is so sturdy that flexing is not an issue. And yes, a replica is way cheaper especially when you couldn't buy one if you wanted.(my inspiration)

IMO, the rear isn't the problem as much as the front. In the 20 years of riding mine with stock wheels, the front was the only real short coming that I noticed on the street. The front is hard to get rubber for that's any good and it was a little twitchy. The front really needs to be a 17". You can widen the rear but you can do better with lighter wheels and get rid of the 16" altogether. If I remember correctly. Kosman was not interested in widening the bolt together Comstars. Can't say as I blame them.

Is it me or does the headlight look like it's pointed WAY too far down to be any good at night? The bike looks good.

If it's a re-post, sorry, I just couldn't believe it. Looks to have an ATC 200/350X front end. I must admit, I'd like to try that thing.
