indianagenius 42 Posted January 26, 2015 This road and the surrounding scenery are awesome. You have to be so careful not to get wrapped-up in the scenery and not pay enough attention to the road. This is definitely a place everyone should visit and do some hiking also. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer Lorne 749 Posted January 26, 2015 Glacier NP's short open season results in lots of traffic so you'll have plenty of time to rubber-neck. But the views are as dramatic as in the Rocky Mountains and you'll want to stop often anyway. The road on the east side was under construction last September on my way through, a minor inconvenience at most. I've only ridden westbound so I'm curious if others have a preference.
