Member Contributer raYzerman Posted March 21, 2020 Member Contributer Share Posted March 21, 2020 Usually, just give them a light sideways tap from both sides if you can with a hammer just to loosen the very snug fit to the dowels... I have a plastic head hammer for such things.

JimMoore
You lift them off with two finger, just like the picture shows. IF that doesn't work I might try tapping it with a hammer while gently lifting it with a pair of vice grips.
