You will only see them where owners have purchased them in the USA and brought them up. I bought mine out of Portland and brought it up in 2009. I've seen a few around BC here, but not too many. Hummm maybe that's why I can't change temp to Celcius? The guy who add it before told me it was comming from Ontario, I don't know it story before that I agree on the white wheels.
