My existing wiring is slightly different to the Shendingen in that the bike has a black/white wire going to the existing reg but theres not one on the Shendingen. Anyone know what that wires for? Probably not a good idea. - --You have charging system with a monitor wire. With a R/R upgrade you can ignore it. - Typically a newer Shindengen FH020AA R/R has 5 hook up points that use a connector, 3 for the stator, and 1 red for the positive side, and 1 black for ground. With this set up, wire strait to the battery with a HD 3 amp fuse holder on the positive side. Check as a reference www.roadstercycle.com Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
