Member Contributer joepopp Posted March 16, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted March 16, 2015 Thanks for the video. I did a lot of miles in Florida and miss the warm weather! Was this a GoPro?
Member Contributer KevCarver Posted March 16, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted March 16, 2015 Amazing what we tell ourselves are good riding roads when they're all that's available. I mean no offense, I'm Floridian born and raised until 2006. We used to go two hours to Sebring and spend the day riding around an abandoned housing development. Guest
The problem with Ozello Trail, Itstachata Road and Gobbler Road is one clean pass through and you know you will see the popo during your exit. We were always a group of four running out to the end for lunch. It used to be pretty good fresh seafood. On the return flight back to 19 there would almost always be a deputy waiting to run our licenses. It was sooooooooooooo much better back in the 90's when there wasn't so much law enforcement available on a Sunday.
6thGenVFRZen
Thanks for the feedback! All of my vids are captured w/ a GoPro Hero 3 Silver and edited in I-Movie. I'm actually enjoying the roads here in central FL. I do miss the mountains but there are twisties and a few hills to be had. And the scenery is stunning. I've had the privilege of riding in many parts of the US and I can honestly say that central FL hill country is pretty respectable. The weather is quite agreeable too. That said, I definitely plan to get up to northern GA for some mountains at least once a year. Ride safe all!
