jaydj
I've usually found that you get what you pay for. On a serious budget crunch, so these were kind of appealing. Anyone have any experience with these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-Sintered-Brake-Pads-2000-2001-2002-03-04-2005Honda-VFR-800-Interceptor-/160926456855?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2577f6dc17&vxp=mtr
Member Contributer trjerm Posted September 20, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted September 20, 2014 real easy to change if they don't work out and the price is great, let us know how they work, look similar to hh pads
raoufhakam
i'd say try them on the rear brakes for a couple of months first, and if they work fine get them up front, as the rear brakes are not as critical in emergency situations as front brakes
nearfreezing
That's unbelievably cheap... $19.20 for 4 pads. Still, there's not even a brand listed, and the brakes are probably the last place to take risks. The EBC HH will set you back about $60, shipped from Amazon but they're definitely worth the $41 premium.
Member Contributer Dutchy Posted September 21, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted September 21, 2014 I understand budget crunch, but if that leads to doubt in your mind as you whether or not you will be having sufficient braking power., maybe parking up the bike for a while is a wiser choice. That motocycle will not go away
