Member Contributer CornerCarver Posted March 18, 2014 Member Contributer Share Posted March 18, 2014 I don't think he is started a build thread in the middle of LAT's...I think he is viewing LAT's work and asking for more of the same in a little side job. No harm no foul.

grasshopperman
Hi Gang,I havent been active - my good friend who is doing the hard work on my project has had a few issues at home and the project took a back seat for a couple of months. Anyway. He has managed to get the rear-end a bit closer to something we are happy with. Remembering that paint and upholstery of the seat will and can create some flow and lines for the bike - Im pretty happy with how it looks. We couldnt see a way of coming up with such a minimalist look at the rear (like Andy's) and it being legal.Plus, the pipe being under the seat was my main want for the rear end. Thought I would share this photo and show you where its at. Cheers,

grasshopperman
Not much different to previous photo. .. (coolant receptacle and tank junction)We caught up recently to discuss chain-guard, pegs (rider and pillion) and handlebars ...Ive been checking out these Rizoma bars ... and really like their styling. Might fashion something up to look similar.
