He is basically saying it is time for Honda to build another RC45-type bike. One that rocks the motorcyle planet. Perhaps, a bike based on the current MotoGP V4 literbike. I agree with him. It is time for Honda to build another flagship motorcycle and it must be a V4. If anyone can scan and post the article that would be great.
