LED Blinkers

Having replaced all the bulbs to LED, the signal was blinking faster than normal. I did try to fit the resistors across but didnt work. So i had ordered the LED flasher.

Purchased a couple of connectors from the hardware store and used one set of old wiring.

The problem was connecting the wiring to the existing harness. I tried using an old connector i had but didnt work so i bypassed and connected the wires directly to the harness

Finally looked like this.

Took an hour to get this done right but it worked.

P.S. Where did you get the relay? how much? I think I have seen a thread with info on sourcing the LEDs already, but the only place I know for the relay is Thurn...

Or you could do this. You need to scroll down to post #7. The flasher is the same as my '06 hazard.

P.S. Where did you get the relay? how much? I think I have seen a thread with info on sourcing the LEDs already, but the only place I know for the relay is Thurn...

the flasher i picked from eBay for about GBP 14 plus shipping.
