Guest NENCVFR
I was wondering what pipes fit the best with the factory lugage? I think I saw a thread where some don't work very well. Thanks for your help

Baileyrock
Welcome to VFRD and congrats on your new 06 VFR! I think most pipes work with stock bags, but did hear of one brand that caused issues???

vfr_steve
I'd recommend scooting over to the Bos website, their pipes fit perfectly with the 6th gens profile. and therefore would not be an issue for luggage.

Guest
I just picked up a used 02 and it has MIG carbon pipes. They sound and look great but I think they closed shop so I don't think you can get them anymore. One thing I have noticed with this bike is that it runs hot and if I was going to be looking at pipes I would stick with Carbon Fiber. They don't hold the heat and you can touch them as soon as you get done riding. They also cool down very quick. Just my .02. I'd post a picture of the cans with the luggage installed but I can't figure out how to post a picture. The gallery post tool comes up but it's blank with no controls.
