  1. Does anyone have (or know where I can get) a USB Power Commander 3 (for a 98/99 VFR800) ? The part number should be "101-401". I could also use "101-411" which some have reported can work just as well on a 98/99 with updated firmware. Unfortunately, I got taken by a scammer who was taking pics from the web and pretending it was their own. Last time I send any $ to a member who doesn’t have more history, reputation, posts, etc. (or ID verification). Oh well, my bad. Still looking for the PC4 though… Thanks in advance.
  2. Hello, New to the group and new to VFRs. Picked up a 2006 VFR with 8k miles. I got a Power Commander III to help with the dip in responsiveness/performance between 4k-6k RPM. Looking for someone to share a MAP to a PCIII or PC V that they run on their bike. My bike is stock with exception to the Power Commander. Any help would be awesome to get a MAP that someone is actually using or has experience with to upload to my bike. Any other suggestions for improving the performance I will gladly listen to. Thanks so much for the help and this group. Some really great content on here. Thanks!
  3. Hello. I have a comfused situation. I made a few modifications on my 2002vfr, to gain more power and smoother vtec transition. What is the power gain I don't know, I did't yet go to dyno center. But the vtec transition isn't smoother. it is much harder then before. how could i fix this problem. my modifications: - leovince slipons - removed CAT and O2 sensor(installed 330ohm resistors) - K&N air filter - removed snorkl, larger intake hole on the airbox - power commander 3 usb with this map(http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.php/topic/31520-04-vfr-dynotuned-results-1093hp-592tq/) Thanks for the answers
  4. Curious... has anyone heard of / used the "Booster Plug"? http://www.ebay.ca/itm/BoosterPlug-Honda-VFR800-VTEC-2002-2013-RC46-Forget-the-Power-Commander-/111613527059?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19fcaf4413&vxp=mtr I have a PCV for my '02, so its not something I'm interested in, but I came across it on eBay and it is cheaper (but not so cheap you already know the answer) which made me wonder if it worked or not...
  5. I just received my Rapid Bike 2 Module Friday and installed it yesterday. I've got some pictures and information on it, if anyone is interested. I already started a thread on vfrworld and I will post up the details here too if any of you guys are interested. The Rapid Bike module is a piggy back computer like the bazzaz and power commander but it has way more features and allows 3 dimensional mapping of both fuel and ignition curves.
