  1. Part numbers I got where from some one else's upgrade (I think the picutres belong to House) so they should be a US part number.
  2. I picked mine up yesterday from the local HD parts place. Really nice group of people, told them I was putting their pegs on my Honda. Parts guy just smiled and said 'As long as you ride thats all matters.' This part number is still good and yes they are silver, and half the price of the black ones. I think I paid $33canadian per peg for mine. Have yet to install them, but just a quick side by side looks, shows a nice drop. Ya Ya Ya I know, the bike needs to be cleaned, first ride of the year last week ending in a rain storm. I'm doing work to my house and don't have an outside tap for the hose installed yet.
  3. There are also these ones.... Silver not black I'm going to hit an HD dealer this week and see if this number is still any good.
  4. Does this work for 6th gen VFRs as well? At 6foot4 and 195lbs my legs get pushed in to my nose and limits me to about 80miles before I need to get off and take a little walk around.
  5. Hey Ken, from what I read in the Zumoforum there is a firmwear update to help correct this issue.
  6. The standard VFR head lights will burn out your eyes, I bet those things will peal paint at a 100 yards now LOL
  7. Your link didn't work for me but you need a RAM-B-231Z If you buy the 550 and you should, don't pull a me and cheap out on the 450, which on top of bluetooth does not come with all the car mounts a $120+ package like the 550 does. In the box you get the parts all the you need to connect it to your tank, other than some longer bolts

  9. Yup went I was on my east coast tour last summer, my stuff went in one hard bag, walking shoes, a tool kit and sleeping bag in the other hard bag, tent netted to pylon seat and I was on my way.
  10. Cool thanks didn't know I had to make the route yellow first :warranty:
  11. Ok got a question about mapsource. If you have ever played with Google Maps, you know you can put in a start and end point then just drag the route track line around to change it up a little, I can't seem to do that with Mapsource once it plots out a route for you, your stuck with what it gave you unless you want to draw the whole route by hand
  12. Ok so I got my Zumo all setup on the bike I mean in the Car (bike is sleeping because of winter :pissed: ) And it works great, but now its dumb question time. Why with a unit that can find my location anywhere in the world with in 20feet, but I have to tell it what time zone I'm currently in  You think the unit could figure that out on its own, please tell me I'm not smarter than all the guys at Garmin and no one has ever come up with that idea before? :idea3:
