  1. I have a tricolor VFR but I wish I had the white one. White looks the best on a VFR. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  2. I believe kerosene may dry out the rubber used for the orings. If the manual specifically says not to use kerosene, probably best to avoid it. I use the DuPont chain cleaner and it works well. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  3. Well, probably not a coincidence, but one of my low beam bulbs went out today. I'm hoping it was just a bulb issue. I did check the battery with a voltmeter this morning and, at idle, all systems seem to be running fine. Next step is replace the bulb and see if the problem goes away. If not, will diagnose for the faulty ground. Thanks for the help!
  4. 07 with 50K miles. Harness and stator have been replaced. I'm assuming the RR was also replaced at some point. As I ride home, I notice my lights randomly dim and get brighter. Bike starts and runs fine. I think this is a RR issue, but not sure. Anyone have any ideas? Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  5. Do you have any pictures? I'd highly appreciate it. I have a set of SHAD cases that are only a few years old that I took off my old bike when I crashed it. I'd love to mount them on the VFR if it doesn't look too silly. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  6. Thanks! The LSL bars are cheaper and look like a better choice. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  7. Are there any other solutions besides the helibars? I like them overall, but they are a bit more than I wanted to spend. Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  8. There are a few different methods to debaffle the stock exhaust. Seems like the easiest one is to just grab a drill and a bit. Is this still the best and fastest method? Anything I should watch out for? Am I correct in understanding that I can just drill though the top baffles using a 5/8 bit? Thanks! Sent from my PH-1 using Tapatalk
  9. Same .. thread is super old but some pics or video would be nice. Anyone?
