    For some reason, I decided to go ahead and remove most of the accessible gold anodization with a rotary pneumatic 90 degree air tool

    I made sure to cover all thread holes, and in this case, my axle hole... covered small bearings on the driver side left fork that the linked brake caliper pivots on...

    After last clear coat has been applied... no wet sanding will occur... they are ONLY forks :unsure:

    The newly etched and de-casted forks.... woohoo.... is very smooth to the touch... no casting..

  13. Hey travis.. this is a very nice look... Mine was glued in, and I used the cap of some aerosol can a long time ago... but this material looks great and stock on the overflow tank.. what kind of tube is that you have to 'stretch' into place? very nice.. I have limited experience on epoxy, and I like the thin nice clean layer you have done this with... Tell me tell me.... Thanks man.. PS... 5th gen... got on to see pics of your excess $2400 worth of huggers to see if I liked them... just dont need one now... :)
