Now I remember why I had soooooo much fun dealing with the uninformed public when I worked counter at an Auto Parts Store in College.     The Valle Grande is between Los Alamos and Jemez Springs. Bandelier is closer to White Rock but all in the same area. I really enjoy riding the loop from Albuquerque thru Jemez to Los Alamos and then back to Santa Fe and Highway 14 Madrid and Sandia Crest. They have finished repaving the crest road and it's nice and smooth. Paul
