  1. Not trying to sound biased because I am in it. BUT, VFRBulldawg has a great eye for sport photos. This picture would not look so cool if his location, lighting, and timing was off. So I give a thumbs up to the photographer. I paid for less impressive pictures.

Thanks for the compliment. I actually thought my lighting here wasnt very good. Its direct and pretty harsh. The shot was partial luck too. My camera can take up to 8 frames a second. I am pretty sure that for this one I had it machine gun mode and was just firing the shutter as fast as she could go as yall came by.

The Cherohala really only has good light on the road in the early morning and later afternoon. I scoped out a good place on NC28 just a few miles before you hit Deals Gap that I plan to use next year. It will have nice, diffused light. I think I will really be able to wow you next year.

  2. It's featured because it is definitely a unique VFR picture. A VFR is a heavy bike to stunt with. I can't imagine ever trying to do something like this with my bike. As long as you're in a wide open parking lot with permission of the owner and not on the street I say have at it! You should be allowed to do whatever crazy thing you want with your bike and body as long as you are no danger to others. I've seen some amazing stunt riders before. They are phenomenally skilled riders in their own fashion. :-)
