Can't help with a spare, but I have these sights bookmarked for various connectors. Maybe the plug is listed somewhere? It looks like the white plug is listed on the first listed link.

If I was that worried about my R/R, I would replace it with a better unit. You can use a different brand sometimes, or just buy a better aftermarket. Think I had a GSXR1k on my 4th gen. My OEM one did fail, but I was still able to get myself home an hour or so away.

The only TT VFR800 I remember was the one that had the gray front fairings. But it was still a stock standard VFR. Maybe it was for track marshalls? THINK the pic below is it.

OEM or SKF fork seals are the only ones I would trust. I've heard enough All Balls not lasting long. Price isn't that different.

I hope that basket isn't sitting on the bottom of the tank. That's how you wear holes and get leaks.

Keep it stock? I thought the idea was to fix and sell? I think you've fallen in love again...
To be young again...

Valve seats fall apart??

Those mirrors look nicer than the stock condom mirrors. Must have missed what they are in the thread.

That fork fluid looks like it would have left some solid behind. Yummy.

Redslut 2.0 is destined to be sold....... GIVI to offset the cost of new tires...
Is it worth replacing the tires rather than have the new owner decide what rubber they want to run?
-
I'd keep the GIVI rack if you could. I have a similar rack on my 5th gen, and it is awesome, but more importantly, irreplaceable.

It's a secret, for now.

Fixing picture links would be great.
So...looked through the thread. All the pictures are still there. Can you not see them?
Here's the link to the new album if that helps

@BiKenG I didn't have a Triumph wheel to measure the offset. Just the loaded swingarm. Send a PM if you still need info.
Maybe I'll make it a weekend project to fix all the picture links. I'm running my own image server so they shouldn't break in the future.

my rear 848 cast is 9.8 lbs IIRC

Keef is right. 848 and 1098 dont swap. Linky to site, but follows what I remember finding out when I did my search. I have a S4RS.
1098/1198 (maybe 1199) are their own thing. I think you can check by the axle part number to be sure.

That's a good chunk of money for some shim stock and a small waterjet/milled part.

Really appreciate all the work you do to keep this place open. It was a big part of my early motorcycle times. Helping pay the bills is the least I can do.
