Member Contributer Adam30 0 Posted December 28, 2005 Great pic of the bridge. We've got a similar covered bridge here in Cedarburg, WI just a mile or so north of me; I'll have to copy your idea! LOL Was that taken recently? Quote Link to comment
indianagenius 42 Posted December 28, 2005 Pic was taken in early spring 2004. The bike is not bad either. Quote Link to comment
Guest Posted December 29, 2005 Where is this at ? I've been to Columbus many times to visit Cummins and they collect bridges there believe it or not, pretty cool IMO. Pretty country, we would always go to Nashville for dinner and visit the James Dillenger museum. Quote Link to comment
indianagenius 42 Posted December 29, 2005 Pic was taken at Versailles State Park near Versailles, IN. It is located maybe an hour from Columbus, IN and Cummins off of SR50. This is probably the nicest and most accessible covered bridge for me. As you noted, the riding near Nashville, IN is quite good. SR135 is always fun. Quote Link to comment
Member Contributer FotoMoto 38 Posted March 11, 2009 Go back and take some more pics when there are leaves on the trees (either green or fall colors). Then it will be VFRd calender material! Quote Link to comment
Guest dendron Posted March 11, 2009 Nice framing on the shot, but I agree w/FotoMoto on the need for green or Fall colors background. Sweet bike! Quote Link to comment
VFR4Lee 498 Posted March 12, 2009 Cool bridge. Never mind the leaves are off the trees. Are those lights inside the bridge? Or just openings / skylights? Quote Link to comment
