Member Contributer VF1000RS 42 Posted May 15, 2007 Sorry so slack on replying, been computer crashed awhile. I think it was 8'x3' made from 4x4`s and a layer of 3/4" plywood. Approx 20" tall but made a huge difference to my back. No plans written down, definitely made it to last though. Sadly gave it to a friend after I got a deal on a pneumatic Handy lift....
