ShadowJP88
Hi there! I buy a 2007 vfr and willing to do some mod on it. I wonder if the mirror of the 8th gen can work on the 6th gen, does the angle is the same?
Member Contributer deltaboxii Posted February 27, 2016 Member Contributer Share Posted February 27, 2016 No, it will not fit. Not without a new mirror mount. the angle is not the same.

InterceptorPR
I really dislike the trend of signals in the mirrors....just ugly to me.
ictghost
I don't really like them either, but as a safety issue I'd have them...if it was a easy mod anyway.
ShadowJP88
Another dumb question... I have helibar on my new 6th gen but don't really like them. On my old 5th gen that I'm selling, I have some riser (kind of ring that goes under the clip on) with stock clip on So, those the clip on of my old one would fit on the new one? marriedman
You are most likely talking about Gen-Mar risers. And no, they don't swap. But the good news is that they aren't that expensive.
ShadowJP88
It's mostly clip on that I'd like to swap but if Gen-Mar riser don't fit, I won't see why original 5th gen clip on would fit Thanks
