PeterConnor Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 So I came home from work & decided to put my new Cush rubbers in , so while I was at it I toot the whole back end apart to check the bearing ect all was good gave it a clean & re grease & put it back together with my new Cush rubbers , I used the PDF manual to do the work , in my haste to get it apart I did not pay to much attention to were things went ? so I have two questions as the manual is not very clear / my bike is 16 years old so some markings have worn off , so hear goes 1 there is a collar / spacer it has no lip on it , it looks like a fat washer does it go inside the sprocket hub the manual says it does but it's not a very tight fit ( page 14-12 in the manual ) 2 cone washer wich way does it go ? PeterConnor Posted September 26, 2015 Author Share Posted September 26, 2015 So I've double checked & it is correct one of the collars / spacer does go inside the hub so all I need to know now is which way the cone washer goes on ?
