Junior
Hello, sorry for my English, but I'am searching how to remove the rear tail fender and some black plastic near rear light; i would have a smaller tail. I don't know the solution, i am looking on internet to find something aftermarket part, but with negative result. The construction with fiberglass could be a solution, but i have never used it before. I appreciate some advice from you.
Member Contributer gig Posted April 15, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted April 15, 2015 Are you talking about cutting the tail to make smaller like this? http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.php/gallery/sizes/55682-img-0287/medium/

Junior
I would remove all the part in red and put a smaller aftermarket license plate holder
Member Contributer gig Posted April 15, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted April 15, 2015 Remove plastic, draw desired lines, use a fine toothed hand saw to cut , then sand and smooth into shape. You may be able to search on line and find a 2014 fender eliminator kit that you can buy and skew on. http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/competition-werkes-fender-eliminator-kit-honda-vfr800-2002-2011 This or like it may work
