Thunderchild
Hi all Had my VFR for a few weeks now, one thing that's really bugging me however is that the biting-point is set right at the end of the clutch lever travel. All my previous bikes I'd adjusted to be much closer to the handlebar as I refer this set-up. However the VFR with its hydraulic clutch means I've got no idea how to alter this. Can anyone shed any light on how to do this? Thanks
barrypz
Even when I had a cable, that is how it was set by the shop.
Member Contributer windyrun Posted April 2, 2015 Member Contributer Share Posted April 2, 2015 I'm pretty sure your lever is adjustable. There should be an adjuster wheel on the lever clamp that you can rotate either way to move the lever closer or farther from the bar. If this doesn't have enough movement for you then an after market adjustable lever might be needed (or finger stretchers ). Pazzo racing makes some as does asv that are really nice (both are pricy). There are less expensive ones as well -- I think CRG are more reasonable. There are others.
