spud786 Posted October 27, 2012 Share Posted October 27, 2012 NOpe you dont have to remove fairing atleast I dont, for the rears you have to raise the tank. IMO more chance of having difficulty seating with fuel line cause its flimsy and your in a deep hole, I just use a combo of sockets, I think a 6 inch and a 3 inch. just turn counterclockwise first to seat threads. and after torquing (dont use a torque wrench, break lose sparkplug again and retorque to seat the gasket properly. On a ne plug, the gasket will not seat correctly the first time its torgued, breaking lose and retorging will prevent sparkplug from coming lose down the road you need a magnet that can pick the plug out of the deep hole Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Audigier Posted October 28, 2012 Author Share Posted October 28, 2012 Thanks for the info, another question, i can only find the sparkplug NGK IMR9C-9H, INSTEAD OF IMR9B-9H that the manual lists as specified function and it is very expensive (22 USD each) can someone help me find a cheap source online on the US?
