Guest lillriko Posted September 29, 2012 Share Posted September 29, 2012 So I recently purchased a Ram mount set up for my 07 RWB. I love the set up, except for the new Aqua Box Pro 10. I did not receive the foam backing for the box. I put my I phone 4s inside and the touch screen has intermittent response. I called NPI and told them I did not receive the foam for the box. They said it would be sent right away. Me being the impatient type i stuffed tissue paper behind the phone to see if a tight fit would make the difference. It did not. I e-mailed them and asked if it did not work and I was not satisfied would they exchange me for another product? Also if they would pay the shipping.... That was very expensive and shipping was slow. I do not want to pay $10 to $12 dollars to send back an unsatisfactory product. They have not responded yet, so I will see if I hear from them in a week or so.
