I think it's made of fiberglass, could I shorten this by just cutting it off on the tube side? It has a good sound without being too loud until you really crank on it. Guest Posted April 2, 2012 Share Posted April 2, 2012 I would hack it off near the edge of the badge nearest to the engine, pull the end cap out and re-rivet it... If you prefer to not have the badge, cut it there and rivit it back together again. If you like Giving away free advertising, cut the other end.
