Veefer800Canuck
if it doesn't have any complex bends in it, you could use automotive heater hose perhaps? Sorry, I don't know what the 4th gen rad hoses look like.

MapMaster
Thanks Gary they said that they could get it so I orderd it. Lets hope for the best. Thanks again, Brian. If the order is not successful, here's a substitute that is working for me: Pep Boys stock a radiator hose for older Honda Civics that has bends in the appropriate places. With some trimming from both ends it fits just fine. The part number on the hose is (E)71227CS (the number under the bar code is 38244 71227). I think it cost about $12. NakedViffer
You can go to the parts store and buy 1" heater hose and manipulate it to fit. This is exactly what I did and I got the bends just perfect with only using one length of hose on each side, and it only cost me about $7! If the hose is really unruly and won't take shape you can use some zip ties to hold it in place initially, then after a few heat cycles you can take them off and it should hold its shape just fine. I didn't need to do this, but I had some fresh soft hose to work with.
