Member Contributer rangemaster Posted August 7, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted August 7, 2008 I'll apologize up front if i missed it but I was wondering if flipping the shock link on my '97 would lower the rear of the bike around an inch or so-like it does on the 5/6th GENs. I'm only lookin' for a little bit and I'll match it up front. Anybody done this or know if it will work? Thank you for your help.

Veefer800Canuck
Can you rotate the chain adjustment eccentric in the swingarm so that the centerline of the axle sweeps through the top half of the clock? (if it isn't already) Don't forget to raise the forks a similar amount to keep your geometry in line. Otherwise, you'll slow your steering response. :media:
