Member Contributer Knife Posted February 23, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted February 23, 2008 Anyone know who makes bag liners that will fit the Corbin Beetle Bags on my '98 VFR? The right holds 18.5 liters and the left 20.5 liters. Most sites don't indicate the capacity of their bag liners. Any advice (concerning the bag liners) would be appreciated. wera803
I've got the bags on mine as well, but not sure how I would be able to really get a liner in and out if it was full with the lip on the top of the bag. If you find something, I might be interested as well. Putting things in and out piece by piece on a trip sucks. I end up just putting things like rain suit, jacket liner, etc in the bags and what I need to go into the hotel room in the trunk so it is easy to remove and take in at night. Member Contributer Motor_Ref Posted February 23, 2008 Member Contributer Share Posted February 23, 2008 II have also had this problem. Maybe try two or three smaller liners (bags) instead of one big one. Stuff sacks from the camping store? There aren't too many clothes that you need to keep a crease in while you are on a motorcycle trip. Thoughtful packing like shifting contents back and forth between liner bags and saddlebags also helps. If it won't work that way, add a tail pack on top of the seat. Cortech makes a nice one of those.
