Clutch operation in differnt temperatures

So I just upgraded my stator, RR and vfrness so now my bike it's currently reliable to ride around. I noticed today in the morning(about 10°C) the throttle cable was very tight, like hard to twist the throttle and close the throttle, and my clutch seamed to engage very early when releasing the lever, and when it was hot out the throttle cable was back to normal and the clutch was engaged almost at the last half inch of releasing the clutch lever.  It also seamed like when shifting from 1st to 2nd the clutch didn't fully engage and I wasn't actually in 2nd gear, it just kinda spun the motor. Is this signs of output shaft issues or would a simple cable readjustment solve my issues?

I would start with a total flush of the clutch fluid. Have you worked on something in relation to the carbs or cables? Make sure your routing is right not he cables and one of them may need adjusting or lubed or both.
